Jonas King Security

Efficient, professional and excellent service. Fully explained the benefits of the new lock and the security after service

We were locked out with a faulty lock and Jonas was soon on the scene. We have had to have new locks and it has not been straight forward but Jonas has done everything possible to solve the problems.

Jonas did a great job fitting new locks on our premises at short notice, very reliable and trustworthy. Would recommend him.

As a letting agent managing a large portfolio of properties, having reliable contractors is essential. We have been using Jonas King Locksmiths across our managed properties, and the service has been brilliant!

Jonas is consistently professional, incredibly swift at resolving door and window issues for our tenants, and maintains clear, efficient communication throughout.

He is a valued contractor, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to landlords, property managers, and individual clients alike.

Jonas came out to fix a door that wouldn’t reliably lock and was causing me a lot of stress. He was the best tradesman I have ever had in my home, very polite, respectful , efficient and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Great job

Really pleased with the service provided , great communication , reliable tradesman sorted out the problem with the door , which has saved from us buying a new front door.
Would highly recommend !

Fitted new keypad to parcel box, swiftly and at a very good price. Sent me a vid to show all was fixed as I was away. Great service!

A swift response to my call, attended next morning as agreed, on time. Battery to large postbox at gate had failed, unable to open the door to replace the battery. Great job done (very clever as it was completely and securely sealed once closed). Batteries now replaced, working perfectly. Jonas was highly professional, helpful, tidy, on time; everything you hope for in a visiting technician. I thoroughly recommend his services. Thanks again, Jonas!

Jonas responded very quickly to my call regarding a stuck and locked mortice on my front door. He called in on the day of my query was able to unlock and replace the faulty mortice all in one visit. The new lock provided was of good quality with a 25 year guarantee.
The cost was extremely reasonable. This
compared very favourably to a quote from a company who couldn't get to me for a week to look at the job.
Jonas is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a thoroughly nice chap.
I wouldn't hesitate to use again and thoroughly recommend him and his work.

Great service and products. Professional but friendly team who responded promptly to my initial and subsequent queries and then worked quickly & efficiently to complete the work needed.

Jonas came across as very knowledgeable and inspired confidence that he knew his very trade well.

I would definitely recommend this company.

The lock broke on my back door and I wasn’t sure who best to ask (having never needed a locksmith before!) I looked online and found Jonas King Locksmiths, with a great online presence and fantastic reviews. I quickly found out why the reviews were so glowing! From beginning to end, the customer service and standard of work was exceptional. Incredibly polite, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and accomplished. My problem was sorted in no time, and with a smile! I would not hesitate to recommend Jonas King - and will certainly use the company again should I need any further locksmith work. Thank you.

Have recently moved into the area so looking for services was a little more complicated than where I lived before. Used trusted trader to find an alarm company and JKL were on the website. From the get go they responded to emails gave advice on systems available were prompt courteous and installed a system that I am very happy with. After sales excellent if you need any type of security I would recommend Jonas and JKL just shows there are still some quality businesses out there.

Can I complement you on your entire business!!
When I had a broken gate lock, the whole package of replacement was excellent.
From first contact in Bullock Fair - polite, cheerful and knowledgeable, an early visit from you to survey, and a clear knowledge of how you would fix it, great communication when the part was delayed and an early completion of the work...it's 5 stars from me. I would highly recommend this company.
Many thanks indeed,

Jonas supplied and fitted new door handles and locks, completely satisfied with his work, communication, and friendly manner, and would have no hesitation in recommending Jonas to anyone I know, thanks again.
