Ed fixed my mums toilet with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. She hasn't stopped telling me what a nice man he is and the charge was fair and the work well done, neat and cleanly done.

Ed replaced my leaking water heater within two days of my being in touch with hi; he had previously repaired a leaking pipe connecting the lavatory cistern to the pan. his response was prompt and he gave good value for money.

Replacement of kitchen tap from kettle/hot/cold tap to straight forward hot and cold mixer tap as requested. The trader was able to fit us in to carry out the work within a few days, despite this not being an emergency, and fitted around the times when the kitchen is in use by hire groups. The work was efficiently carried out and the old materials from the kettle tap taken away for disposal. The undersink area, sink area and kitchen were all left in a very clean and tidy state. Many many thanks for a job well done.

Replacement of outside tap

Ed and his apprentice installed a water softener and did a few other jobs at the same time. We were extremely satisfied with the professional approach to their work. They arrived on time, on the day agreed. They are very clean, neat and tidy with regards their work. Ed then spent time instructing us how to use the system at the completion of the installation.

A new boiler and the existing bath replaced with shower.

We’ve been helped through the whole installation from our initial choices, also to what may be more suitable, a clear quotation, the ordering of materials and the installation. It was also kept in mind any health issues here and remembered anything that had been mentioned about the installation. After each day’s work the home was left tidy so we could carry on as normal.

Serviced the OIL Boiler, relocated and cleaned the filters.
Also sorted the heating system (underfloor ground, radiators upper), new valves and cleaning fluid etc.

We had recently moved into a house with a new type of heating system and boiler.

Ed explained how the system worked to me and went through a thorough check of the whole heating system and got it working.
Found Faults and gave recommendations (which we took) worked very late to ensure we had heating.
The house is now warmer and the boiler more efficient.

Replacement of old cloakroom for new. Fantastic standard of work to replace an old downstairs cloakroom. Removed old Wash basin and toilet and replaced with new units and re routing some pipe work.
Workmanship was excellent and such a tidy worker, leaving us with a great room.

Install new outside hose union tap Ed arrived at the time arranged and advised on the best option and did an excellent job. All for a very reasonable price.

Tidy up pipework left by others in kitchen I found Ed to be very professional. He visited my property and we discussed the work required. He arrived to start work on the date arranged. I found him very helpful, he had time to explain the workings of the boiler and fire to me. Every thing was tidy when he left.
I am new to this area and finding a tradesman i can trust is very helpful. I will be using Ed for furture servicing and any plumbing requirements.
He also recommended i get a carbon monoxide alarm for the room with the gas fire which he checked i had done

In, the past only living here in Norfolk for a short while I was not looking forward to having to find a good, honest, plumber. I would certainly call Edd again. To fit a shower, supplie by customer and remove old one. Arrived very promptly after phone call work, carried out quickly to a high standard, very pleased with the work.

Boiler and central heating service. This was excellent value for money. He took half a day to complete the work. He also checked and repaired three leaking taps. He always adopts a very pragmatic and cost-effective approach to any work needed. His response is 100% immediate if we have any central heating or hot heater failures. We have used his services for the lad 10-15 yrs and have never had cause for complaint or dissatisfaction.

This was an emergency call and was very satisfactory.

Remove existing hot water tank and pumps, replace with new tank and relocate into roof space. Alter pipework, replace and relocate heating programmer.
. Remove old boiler and replace/relocate new boiler in garage. Install electric wiring install five new stelrad radiators and valves. Install wireless programmable thermostat Really cannot fault Ed totally trustworthy, tidy installation of tank in loft has been admired by other plumbers/builders. Arrived on time, worked longer hours if necessary. I'm going to have him install my underfloor heating in November. Overall a very pleasant person to have around your home.

Gas boiler service Ed has been a real find. He originally installed a new boiler for me and I found him to be polite, conscientious, and good value for money.

Adjust and tighten toilet seat. Ed Robinson was at our neighbors doing some work when we ask him if he would look at out toilet seat he came and adjusted it.
