We have used Designtec for our web design and hosting for several years now. Our website gains fantastic feedback from viewers and is a key source of new customers for our business.

Not only this, but we continue to drive our online service and operations with Designtec. We worked with them to develop an estimator tool to be able to generate instant quotations for customers. This has proved to be a huge success for us.

The format and quality of our logo meant it was not fit for purpose. I sent the logo to them on Monday and they were able to re-draw the orginal logo as a vector graphic (I have no idea what that is) and have it back to me this morning in a variety of different formats (.ai, .eps, jpg, png) ready to be used for any purpose!

We are a local amateur dramatics group based in Loddon in South Norfolk. After the pandemic, the investment we were considering making was mission critical to the survival of our group. I approached Designtec when my previous website engineer was unable to provide us with the services we required. Our previous website although functional was dated and lacked the modern functions you see on websites today.

Myself and my business partner are great believers in gut instinct, so when I went to my meeting at Designtec I knew I would have made my decision within the first 5 mins of the meeting as to whether we would be using them.

Website design and hosting I had a website (not supplied by Designtec) which was not being found on any web browsers or if it did it was many pages from the first page.
Neil came to me and told me he could get us on the first page of Google and suchlike. I must be honest, for the price Neil quoted for a newly designed website and hosting I did not think it was possible.
