DMB are the very esssence of what trusted trader means. They have given me impeccable service for over 20 years, and can always be relied upon for good advice and attending on schedule. This applies to both the regular servicing jobs, and the much larger installations. Their knowledge and skill level is first class. This is a family firm covering two generations. I can and do recommend them without reservation.

To power flush heating system and install inhibitor. Still waiting for winter to arrive to see just how good a job DMB Norwich Ltd. have done. Initial august test seems to show all Ok.

Clean out header and water tanks. Work carried out by Craig and apprentice. Always left site clean and tidy. Explained what they were doing. Impressed with the whole job from polite workers. Clean working a feature of their work. Made the necessary work a pleasant experience and the price was reasonable. Would certainly use this company again without hesitation.

To refit now WC and washbasin to ensuite bathroom. We were very impressed with the efficiency of the work. It was done in a shorter time than expected therefore the final cost was about 20% less than the original quotation. A good job, well done.

Connecting a new gas cooker and the dis-connecting at a later date when the appliance was faulty The service recieved from DMB Norwich Ltd was first class and I can not praise them highly enough, customer care and consideration were excellent, this was the first time I have used them but would not hesitate to use them again or to recommed them.

Install Vaillant Eco TEC 824 combi boiler. To install Magna clean iron oxide collector & a scale reducer. To remove water cylinder and a scale reducer. To remove water cylinder & airing cupboard & make good. To remove back space heater. A lift was hired as the pipe work had to go through the roof instead of where previously discussed. This was hired without any reference to me.
Although I can see it was probably necessary it was a shock to see that the final bill had the hire charge added on which was £ 405- for 1 day! This seemed very expensive.
