Quickly resolved a damp issue in my rental property that my Property Agent sub-contractors had failed to resolve after several attempts.

Called on Scott @ Cannon Preservation Ltd to look at a damp issue, he visited today on time, gave me some great advice and made it clear as a single mother I didn’t need to pay for any works.

Externally I had a loose downpipe, and the water had been spilling onto the external brickwork causing some damp at the bottom of the wall.
He repaired the downpipe with mastic to the joint, and replaced two of the brackets that hold the pipe.

No charge, and I’m very happy.
