My Ideal combi boiler had a component failure which affected the main PCB. Broadland boilers were recommended by a friend. The old boiler failed on the Tuesday and by the Friday we had a new boiler installed, so a very quick response. The installation was tidy and fitted in the existing position.

Broadland Boilers installed a new Bosch boiler in my house, which involved re-siting it from a detached garage. The gas supply was re-routed and a new cylinder also installed. The system is high-pressure with almost instant hot water. I am very satisfied with the result. The team worked all the time they were present and the work was completed in good time.

As a landlord it's important that a yearly gas safety check is carried out. I have used Broadland Boilers for 4 years they deliver excellent service, are reliable and deliver on my requirements. I know I can rely on Ashton. The office team are lovely too.

They attended as an emergency call out and quickly assessed the problem. The necessary parts were ordered and the work completed the next day. They were efficient, friendly and professional.

new combination boiler fitted I can honestly say that ashton and his team are truly great. we had a combi boiler fitted by ashton in 2006 and he has serviced it every year since then. last summer he told us it was on the way out and to think about getting a new one, it failed in mid April this year and by the end of April he had ordered and fitted a new one. his guys were quick,efficient and clean.
We recommended ashton to our friends years ago and now they and there families use him,and also has several more customers in our village.
Word of mouth is ok but if people can also read testimonials about customer satisfaction it will reach a much wider audience.
I would recommend ashton and team to anyone without hesitation they are great guys and very reasonably priced
