Installation of a new Jack and Jill style bathroom suite including new floor. We have known Andy as a neighbour for some time and always found him a pleasant and courteous individual. When we had a requirement for a new bathroom the choice to employ Andy was a simple one. Andy came promptly and assessed the work required at a time to suit us then prepared a detailed quotation for us itemising all the work we had asked for. We chose the new bathroom from an extensive list of options and agreed the timescale for the work to be done.

The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard with minimal disruption during a holiday period to minimise any disruption. We were very happy to see the transformation once the work was carried out and the bathroom was ready to use immediately. It has been some weeks since the job was completed and we are still very happy with the results.

We would not hesitate to recommend Andy to our friends and relatives for future work.

Strip out existing bathroom and refurb with our supplied new bathroom suite, Re-tile walls and floor This is the 4th time we have used Andrew James Plumbing always does an excellent job to a high standard. Repeat business is a sign we are happy with Andrew James Plumbing services.

Replaced and refitted the bathroom which was 13 years old. Andrew did all the work himself including design, plumbing and tiling the walls and floor.

He came back a few weeks later to fit a new oven and hob in the kitchen. He also fitted a dishwasher under the kitchen work top where there had not been an appliance before. Andrew is a perfectionist. He even removed the ceiling coving so that he could tile right up to the top. He then fitted a new piece of coving and painted it with white emulsion.

In the kitchen all the kick-boards where cut and re-shaped to fit around the new appliance.

He is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about his field of expertise. I would definitely use Andrew James Plumbing again.

Taking out a bath and installing, a new shower, shower tray and sliding doors, pipe work alterations and tiling. Very good worker, efficient, knowledgeable professional approach.

Bathroom and Ensuite refurbishment Andy carried out the work in a professional manner, there was little disruption and took care in what he was doing. He is multi-skilled and an all round nice guy.

Completely strip out entire contents of existing bathroom. Advise on new design/layout. Supply and install electric shower and cubicle and washbasin and loo and floor covering and paint walls. Andrew did a brilliant job,and we're delighted with the result. He was on time for every appointment to discuss the work beforehand, and he started and completed the job on the agreed dates. We were happy to trust him to carry out the entire project while we were away on holiday.

Replacing Kitchen worktops and upstands, after removing the old tiles, new hob,sink and windowsill.
The work was done within two days,the site left very clean and tidy.

The work has been done to a very high standard and the leftover upstand was used very effectively to hide some pipe work!

Complete fit of new kitchen including electrics plumbing tiling etc. Fit new laminate floor in kitchen and new wood laminate floor through the rest of the downstairs. The visit for estimating was arranged very promptly and the estimate was fully detailed and provided quickly.

The quality of workmanship was excellent throughout, and all ancillary materials were provided.

At completion the rooms were tidied and thoroughly cleaned and ready to move into.

All rubbish was taken away and disposed of with no nuisance to neighbours.

This is the second time we have had a bathroom re fitted with Andrew James Plumbing. In both instances he has done a fantastic job. The first time was in an empty property which we gave him a key and let him come and go as he pleased. The bathroom was a genuine selling point to the property. very smart and modern. The second time was the family home. We were both at work and felt very comfortable to leave Andy with a key to come and go as he needed to.. (Dogs and all) We have been left with a fantastic job and cannot believe it is ours It is better than a 5 star hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and no request is too much. We have asked him to quote for more work such is his skill. I would wholeheartedly recommend this firm for their skill and ability to translate garbled desires to reality They are totally trustworthy. clean and tidy. Long suffering as far as chickens and dogs are involved as we had both.

Bathroom replacement. Andy replaced our bathroom having replaced our en-suite months previously. Both projects finished to a superb standard. Andy makes ideal suggestions and alterations, working efficiently and respectfully, all for a decent price. Would only use Andy in future. Highly recommend.

Complete refit of a bathroom and a kitchen. As well as requiring a company that would do high-quality work, we needed someone to totally project-manage all the work ie. take initiative to ensure the projects were completed as designed.

The work was completed to a very high standard and on schedule despite some supplier delays. AJP adapted the schedule to accommodate these delays, and so finished the projects as originally specified.

To dismantle the downstairs cloakroom, refurbish and redesign. New toilet, sink, cupboards, radiator and tiled floor plus new wall tiles. Paint non tiled walls and supply a new outside tap. We have used this firm before and were, therefore, confident of the standard of workmanship. Although we had ideas of what we wanted I appreciated Andy’s advice and expert input into the units and radiators available. A polite, friendly and considerate workman.
