Michael came to take over an alarm that was already fitted in our new build house.
He arrived on time,was very thorough in inspecting the system and changing and updating the system parts that were needed,he also put the sytem on an App for me which i could use when away from the house.
All in all we had a good experience with this company and would recommend to anyone who was looking for this type of work doing.

A year ago, I became fed up with the poor service and growing charges for my nationally known home security service. I shopped around and am pleased to have switched to Suffolk Fire and Security. They have attended to both routine service and one fault in their first year. Easily contactable, prompt to respond, quality work completed without fuss or delay and at a sensible price

House alarm, all work was conducted neatly and to a very professional high standard, the hand over at the end of the installation was very thorough and since then I have have some questions, these have been dealt with over the phone, I would recommend Suffolk Fire and Security any day without hesitation.

Intruder alarm repair and service.
Very helpful service when taking over the maintenance of the intruder alarm from the original installer. Solved all of the issues we were experiencing and clearly explained what work and parts were required. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Suffolk Fire installed intruder alarms throughout our house and outbuildings some four years ago. The system has proved itself effective and reliable. throughout that time. We have suffered a couple of minor irritations but Suffolk Fire have always responded very quickly and offered considerable help, always solving the problem. I am very happy indeed with the service they provide and would willingly recommend them to friends and family and anyone else besides.

Michael services our home alarm system annually (since 2017) and has also repaired it in that time when on a couple of occasions a fault has developed.
I have no hesitation in recommending his work which is done at a very reasonable cost.

Took an old alarm system and updated it with new control box and sensors. Not all contractors will take on someone else’s old system. We now have a very good system which Mike services each year. It has caused us no problems across three years and he is always there if support is needed.
