Full bathroom redesign and refit plus replacement of external pipework, relocation of radiator and replacement of pipework under kitchen sink.
Really good communication from first enquiry to when the job finished. Friendly, informative, they listened to my requirements and talked through my options in great detail.
At my request, they covered all aspects of the refit, including hiring a skip, tiling and painting - all done to an excellent standard. They turned up, promptly and always when expected, working with the minimum of mess and cleaning up after themselves.
A fast, efficient and fantastic job delivered by absolutely lovely, high class professional people. I couldn't be happier with the work

The plumbing work was to create a utility room.
The business was efficient and reliable in providing a quote for the work, arranging a date for the work to be undertaken and carrying out the work as arranged.
The plumbing was carried out within the timescale arranged, to a neat and high standard and the plumber cleaned the site when he'd finished.
We were very pleased with the result.

OTM Plumbing did two jobs for us removing a bath and replacing it with a shower, supplying new tiling and flooring in one bathroom and lowering a shower tray, supplying new screen with new flooring in another bathroom. Both jobs were not as easy as they first thought with quite a few hiccups along the way, however, Caitlin kept me informed all the time with any extra costs and delays due to it taking longer than estimated. I was never charged any extra for labour, only materials and they have done a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the end results. Lovely team, highly recommend them all.

From initial enquiry, they responded very quickly - came out and gave me a quote, and did the work all within 5 days
Mitch was brilliant. Excellent quality of workmanship, very polite and helpful when I asked him lots of questions. Responded in a way that helped me understand what was happening and why. Always cleaned up after himself and couldn't do enough. He even did a few jobs that I hadn't even asked him to. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone, 10/10

OTM Plumbing & Heating Ltd did an excellent job installing my dishwasher and washing machine following a recent house move. They were easy to contact and the communications were very good. They turned up when they said they would and completed the installations without any fuss, leaving everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone requiring any heating and plumbing work.

First class service. Very pleasant young man to have in your home.
We had a bath removed and a large walk in shower installed ready for my husbands surgery, in order that he can shower safely. Ollie was a very hard worker who did a first class job and left everything clean and tidy.

OTM are a pleasure to deal with. It was only a small job, replacing a kitchen mixer tap, but I was kept up-to-date in terms of when Oli would be able to do it, and he was prompt, tidy and friendly. I will certainly use OTM again for any future plumbing jobs, small or large.

We had a bathroom refitted. All work was done on time, keeping mess and disruption to a minimum.
We were kept informed of what was happening daily.
