From initial enquiry, they responded very quickly - came out and gave me a quote, and did the work all within 5 days
Mitch was brilliant. Excellent quality of workmanship, very polite and helpful when I asked him lots of questions. Responded in a way that helped me understand what was happening and why. Always cleaned up after himself and couldn't do enough. He even did a few jobs that I hadn't even asked him to. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone, 10/10

OTM Plumbing & Heating Ltd did an excellent job installing my dishwasher and washing machine following a recent house move. They were easy to contact and the communications were very good. They turned up when they said they would and completed the installations without any fuss, leaving everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone requiring any heating and plumbing work.

First class service. Very pleasant young man to have in your home.
We had a bath removed and a large walk in shower installed ready for my husbands surgery, in order that he can shower safely. Ollie was a very hard worker who did a first class job and left everything clean and tidy.

OTM are a pleasure to deal with. It was only a small job, replacing a kitchen mixer tap, but I was kept up-to-date in terms of when Oli would be able to do it, and he was prompt, tidy and friendly. I will certainly use OTM again for any future plumbing jobs, small or large.

We had a bathroom refitted. All work was done on time, keeping mess and disruption to a minimum.
We were kept informed of what was happening daily.
Ollie and Caitlin are nice, hard working people who went out of their way to solve problems for us caused by other suppliers.

Olly did a outstanding job for us from start to finish. Materials supplied at very good prices. Very professional and friendly. Always arrived when stated and kept us updated if any problems. Very happy with the completed work. Also fitted a outside hot tap for us to wash the dog.
