I needed someone professional, reliable trustworthy and budget friendly. Thank goodness we found Matthew, from start to finish he was everything we needed.
We wanted a complete strip out of our bathroom and new bathroom fitted with flooring and a radiator, we also needed all this done whilst we were on holiday for two weeks so as not to unsettle the business we run from our house.

Matthew worked tirelessly to make this happen for us, over coming the many obstacles you get with a 100 year old house.

The work was of a high standard and any issues he was always contactable and communicated very well which made us feel at ease and able to enjoy our holiday knowing he had everything in hand.

Compared to other quotes we had he was very competitive, he explained to us how to keep the job in budget.

A 30+years gas boiler was replaced. This entailed changing old pipework and quite a
lot of electrics.

Mr Leeks was thorough, competent and professional. Always neat and tidy as he worked.

Matthew removed some old waste piping including breaking up a concrete ramp to gain access to a pipe next to the back door. He then replaced it with new piping including a washing machine upstand and condensate connection for the boiler.
He arrived on time, carried out the work in a professional manner and left the site clean and tidy. I will be using Matthew's services for additional work in a couple of months time.
