Climatech care. Which is more than can be said for the air source heat pump manufacturers whose name I will withhold. Frankie and the engineers went the extra mile in lieu of the poor customer service demonstrated by the manufacturer when a fault developed with our unit. Although we were without heating during a particularly cold spell, were it not for Climatech taking the bull by the horns to compensate for the manufacturer’s inadequacy, we would probably still be awaiting resolution now. Frankie took calls out of office hours, chased down the parts and Ash, when performing the repairs, took the time to explain which was greatly appreciated. I would therefore highly recommend Climatech

Clima-tech have been used for 4 years doing annual service on my Heat Pump, this then failed after 10 years and Clima-tech were invited to tender for an replacement along with 3 other companies, and Clima -tech were appointed based on their knowledge and price. There response was very good 1 week which was appreciated as it was in the Winter. The work was carried out in the time stated-2 days and was all very tidy and functional and have had no problems since. The replacement has performed far and above the previous equipment. Ashley has revisited to ensure all is well and to satisfy us to its operation.

Clima-tech installed a new Air Source Heat pump at the Trust's museum. From the beginning of the process to its completion they were friendly, efficient, flexible and very helpful. They worked very hard and completed the installation ahead of schedule. The Trust was delighted with Clima-tech's work and the result.

The installation of the underfloor heating system, air source heat pump and hot water cylinder were installed promptly and efficiently.
The engineers arrived on time, were courteous, and worked cleanly and efficiently in a professional manner leaving the site clean and tidy.

Fantastic company. Brilliant Technical knowledge second to none.
The team went above and beyond to help us out. We called Clima Tech out for a visual inspection on a poorly installed heat pump system fitted by a third party. Their knowledge was second to none, they pinpointed the poor installation and have been helping us in a on going battle FOC, taking calls and emailing us back even at the weekend, and late into the evening. They’ve been extremely helpful I would highly recommend and use them on future projects.

ASHP installed, with all new radiators, also old boiler removed.

Clima-techservices responded very quickly to my call for help when our upstairs heating stopped working. The engineer located the fault and got it working again. He offered good advice on what to do should it happen again.
