I had Matt install a new front door. From my initial message about my front door replacement to the installation the service was impeccable. Matt was very polite and professional and there was no pressure selling just a casual conversation about what door I would like etc. The work was completed in the exact time frame I was given and was completed in a very neat and tidy manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone.

From Matt's initial visit to the work being completed we could find no fault. His advice on how to overcome weather problems affecting our existing front door to access issues with our back door enabled us to overcome all those problems.
Arrived on time, left no mess or any damage to the door surrounds.
Very pleased with the results.

We have just had 4 lovely timberlook cottage windows installed. Matt responded quickly to my initial enquiry, arranged a visit which worked around my F/T work, and put up with my rather bouncy children while remaining somehow focused on the quote! There was some enquires and changes by ourselves along the way, all of which were accommodated. The windows arrived and the work arranged well within the time frame given and the windows were installed quickly and neatly with the house left just as I left it with them. Very, clean, tidy and professional. Every enquiry answered. Would very much reccomend!

Matt did two jobs for us, the first being replacement of an internal wooden door by a UPVC one and, as a result of that being completed to our satisfaction, was followed by the building of a walk-through extension from the conservatory to the garage. Both jobs I consider were carried out professionally with estimates and plans being supplied and adhered to and full explanation of what was happening being given as and when requested. I would have no hesitation in using his services again if required.

I had all my windows replaced the front door and back door also the window panels in the conservatory. I was very happy with the work done very professional and clean and tidy. I would certainly recommend the company.

Matt and his team replaced some old windows and put secondary glazing in front of other windows. They did a superb job, no hassle, cleaned up afterwards and kept to the agreed timetable. The rooms are so much warmer now than they were and there is no rattling or draughts. Would highly recommend Matt.

All double glazed windows and doors were replaced as old and worn.
Guys even spotted a window that had been scratched and marked so as not to have been sent out by manufacturers and had incorrectly been sent out. This was reordered and replaced in very short order.
Very friendly and professional workers.
Highly recommend as price of work was well under what had been expected.

I had all my windows replaced and my front and back doors. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the process. During the quote he was clear in his explanations and didn’t try to sell unnecessary items. He answered the questions I had throughout the process and his advice was excellent on options such as glass frosting. He was patient throughout even when I insisted I wanted my door number etched in the panel by the door! He is an exceptional fitter, my window cleaner (who sees a lot of windows) had said that that they are the best he has ever seen. The quote he gave wasn’t the lowest but it was the best value for money with no extras and came in on budget. I booked a date in advance which was kept too and the work was finished on time. Matt is an excellent communicator and I was kept informed throughout by phone or email. I would use him again and have recommended to friends. Matt is kind, calm, trustworthy, reliable, honest and friendly, good workers and trades people are hard to find and he is an absolute diamond.

We chose Matt and his team to replace 7 windows, change patio sliding doors to French doors and a front door, when Matt came to measure up he listened to what we wanted and made a suggestion regarding the French doors that we took up, we all took to Matt on meeting him and knew we wanted him to carry out the work, he provided us with a clear quote that was very reasonably priced, gave us a good time frame to start the work that fitted in with our plans.
Never knew there was so much involved with fitting windows, Matt and his team worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job using quality products. At the end of the day everything was tidied up allowing us some normality.
We would 100% recommend Baldwin Home Improvements, honest, reliable and hard working with clear pricing.

Matt is a very professional tradesman, he was recommended by a family member and I used him for my windows and a new front door at home, his attention to detail is what makes him outstanding in his field. Since first meeting Matt he has now completed works on 2 properties I’ve been working on.
