He provides a great free & payable service to professionally dispose of metal goods he provides good contact details and keeps you up to date on when he will be collecting items I would definitely recommend his services whether for free or having to pay for certain items you know he will be professional in his services.

Team recycled some old copper pipes from a decommissioned solar heating system. Paid a fair price and advised on how to separate the metal to get best value. Bank transfer done on the spot and paperwork provided.

My dishwasher stopped heating up the water and the service company came out to find a faulty control panel. The replacement dishwasher was ordered, delivered and fitted. I contacted Trading Paynes and agreed to leave the faulty one outside my house and he collected the next morning as agreed. Simple straightforward, good service.

Having a tumble dryer and bag of scrap metal I needed to get rid of, I contacted Trading Paynes scrap metal and they got back to me the next day. They arranged for collection within 3 days. The scrap was collected from my back garden as I wasn’t there at the time. Saved me a trip to the HWRC.

I contacted Trading Paynes to dispose of an old washing machine and tumble dryer as they were not suitable to pass on to a charity. Trading Paynes offered a free collection and disposal service and most importantly had the necessary license to dispose of these items. I had an immediate reply to my enquiry, confirmed a suitable a date and the items were removed from my property as agreed. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was the first time I have used this trader. The task was the free collection and disposal of scrap metal. I found him well presented, well spoken, polite and punctual. He completed the job efficiently and in doing so demonstrated his integrity, honesty, trustworthiness and that he is willing to go that extra mile.
Inadvertently, within the scrap I left a new expensive battery electric drill. Its value far greater that that of the scrap. This was found when he unloaded the van. He phoned and informed me that he had found it and went out of his way to return it at his own expense.
