I have been a dedicated professional in the plumbing and heating industry since 2006. After completing a four-year apprenticeship program at Suffolk College, and I was honored to receive the Apprentice of the Year award.
Now, with over four years of experience running my own business and mentoring my own apprentice, I prioritize cleanliness and organization in every project.
We offer a wide range of services, including bathroom installations, boiler breakdowns, servicing, landlord certificates, hot water cylinder replacements, radiator changes, power flushing, leak repairs, and tiling. Karl has done a couple of jobs for us that others hadn't managed to rectify. He flushed through our heating system as one of our radiators was permanently on cold. We also had a shower that was proving troublesome. Karl tried various things, not going for the most expensive first and has rectified the problem and also increased the pressure.
Karl and his team are pleasant, tidy, punctual and will update you with any problems. They are also quick to reply to your enquiry and very reasonable price wise.

When our boiler fired up there was a loud background sounding like a train in the system.
Our plumber was unavailable for several days in spite of phoning him constantly
We instinctively turned off the gas, suffering the coldest nights until we found Carl who sent his plumber. Thank god he did somehow the flue pipe was off on the roof enabling carbon monoxide fumes to leak out in our home
Aghast his plumber swiftly diagnosed the problem immediately it saved our lives.
