The work we had done was the installation of a complete intruder alarm system.

Kevin of SPS was very professional and polite. He made very useful suggestions in the design of the system and patiently answered any questions I raised at the time. He established our needs clearly and provided a detailed proposal of works that met our requirements.

Suffolk Prestige have been maintaining our security system for many years and we have been exceptionally pleased with the service.

Kevin maintains our cameras inside and outside on a yearly basis and over the last few months we have had additional cameras installed and fully setup on our systems. He has also set up all our remote access for the Directors and Kevin deals with all our RedCare needs with the local authorities.

We also have had motion sensors installed throughout the building which are serviced and maintained by Suffolk Prestige. Additionally they have installed Master Blasters which work with our security systems.

Most of all though the one service I love is that if there have been any problems with setting the alarm system, Kevin responds within minutes and can remote log in to see what is causing the issue and reset the alarm and that means we can fully arm before we leave the building. If it cannot be sorted by remote he is on site very quickly.

Cant ask for more of a service and quality of equipment that is installed.

Kevin installed a new security and alarm system, all as required by my insurer. The work was done on time and on budget, to an excellent and caring standard. The whole process, from first contact, to quotation and then to installation was friendly, efficient, and very satisfactory.
