Thank goodness Matt and his team came along when they did! After being let down terribly by another building firm and having lost faith in builders altogether, Matt and his team got the job finished to a high standard, even working a bank holiday. They were friendly, professional, highly skilled and very tidy, a far cry from our previous experience. We will certainly be using him and his team again.

Matt quoted and completed a rear single storey extension on our mid terrace house. The access was a real issue for a number of others that we asked for quotes but Matt assured us it would all be fine and worked with us and our neighbours to make it as easy as possible. There were a few minor issues post the work but Matt remained available, taking phone calls and messages and ultimately solving all of the issues without complaint. I have absolutely no qualms with recommending his services going forward. His attitude and approach made the process less stressful than it could have been.

Pro-build carried out extensive development works to my property. Prep work was to demolish an existing building and construct a new extension

Matt and the team should be commended on the workmanship from start to finish of the works carried out.

Matt and the team at Pro Build (East) converted my kitchen. This involved the removal of several internal walls to open the kitchen into one large open space with a 5 metre wide slide and tilt door system into the garden. The team also had to introduce several large steels and one steel goal post to replace the load barring capacity lost by the removal of the walls.

I've completed several building projects and I can honestly say I've not worked with a better building company. Matt and his team are professional, turn up when they say, finish the job and more importantly when issues arise (as the do in any building project) not once did this cause a problem and they would work around it or find a solution. It is also obvious Matt is well liked in the trade, when the structural engineer I employed introduced a problem and went AWOL, Matt immediately spoke to an SE he knew and he was around in a few hours sorted the problem and Matt didn't charge me a penny, which he was within his rights to do. There are many other examples similar to the above and every time Matt is there to help!

We have had a small extension including a toilet, shower and patio. Pro build were the second builder we requested a quote from.
