We needed a full renovation of our period property in Southwold. The work involved a double storey rear extension, underpinning, full rewire and plumbing. It was extensive and complicated. Nick is a very experienced builder who was able to deliver the proposed plans and made really helpful suggestions along the way to improve the overall project. Nick was totally reliable, always on time and set high standards, both in terms of quality of work and also of the other trades working on site. He is trustworthy and sensitively accommodated several changes to the design. Nick charges a very competitive rate and demonstrated really sound value for money. In summary he's a lovely guy to deal with and a fantastic builder. Highly recommended.

We had an 18th century dairy building sympathetically restored and renovated as a self contained single storey building complete with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and open plan living area with an attached hay barn upgraded to a car port and lockable shed. Underfloor heating throughout and reclaimed materials used where possible. Excellent advice and support throughout and reliable, friendly and communicative service.
