Contacted J T Hunt as a new customer, having seen positive reviews of the company online. I can only add that my experience of them was also excellent. They came to service the boiler in my new home, but eagle-eyed, also spotted an issue in the boiler's original installation, which was corrected on the spot - as well as providing a thorough service of the whole system.

I am also most grateful for James spotting my outdoor gas cylinders (connected to my cooker) - which was not the reason for the callout, but with his gas engineer hat on, he noticed perished pipes on the verge of failure - and immediately replaced them. Had he not seen them, I dread to think what might have happened.

James made a thorough assessment on the safety and recommended updates on all aspects.

After being told by another boiler engineer that I needed a new boilerI asked James to give me an opinion. James specialises I'm Worcester boilers and said he could repair it which he did without problem. James was very knowledgable and repaired the boiler and cleared up after. I would not hesitate in recommending him and will use him again myself.

Used for boiler service, was on time, polite and tidy.

I discovered a leak in our loft & the pressure in the sealed central heating system had reduced a lot. Rang James who arrived within 1 1/2 hours. He discovered a tee joint & two auto air vents leaking in the loft as well as a isolation valve to the tank top up system. Replaced the above. All done in his usual very efficient & cheerful manner leaving no mess.
I have every confidence in his work. Pleasure having him in our property.
