After being told by another boiler engineer that I needed a new boilerI asked James to give me an opinion. James specialises I'm Worcester boilers and said he could repair it which he did without problem. James was very knowledgable and repaired the boiler and cleared up after. I would not hesitate in recommending him and will use him again myself.

This was for annual service on my gas boiler.
My boiler was fitted 6 years ago and James has always completed the service. The quality of his work and the advice and information he provides is exemplary

James serviced our boiler which he installed 3 years ago.
He did an excellent job when it was installed and we book him to do the service and inspection each year which he does thoroughly. Very happy with his work.

No pressure on the gas boiler. James came out same day and identified the problem. A water-filled tank. Replaced within the hour. We use James for our regular gas boiler service. Thanks

I discovered a leak in our loft & the pressure in the sealed central heating system had reduced a lot. Rang James who arrived within 1 1/2 hours. He discovered a tee joint & two auto air vents leaking in the loft as well as a isolation valve to the tank top up system. Replaced the above. All done in his usual very efficient & cheerful manner leaving no mess.
I have every confidence in his work. Pleasure having him in our property.
