I was very happy with my work team… they were helpful, courteous and respectful .Ian and Nigel were always on hand to deal with any queries I might have.

We had an extension build at the rear of our Victorian terraced house. The work involved demolition on the original ‘utilities’ area, and then a new build that included a downstairs wc, utility area and a living room.

We were impressed that when ING submitted their quote they had broken down the costs in great detail. Apart from extra cost involved in further excavation being needed in one area because of revealed foundational damp, and changes we made to the window spec, ING kept to their quote, which was reassuring throughout the process. Their team were very friendly and hard-working, and were craftsmanlike in their approach to the work, in the care they took and attention to detail. We have been very happy with the extension.

ING Building fitted new external doors and a shed frontage, undertook drainage and paving work at the front and back of our house. All the work was done to an extremely high standard. They discovered and overcame drainage issues and were very flexible in adapting the planned works.
They were very careful to tidy up after each stage of the construction.
We are very happy with the final results and would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting general house improvement works.
