Mark from Flagship AV installed a complete Ajax security system at our home. The installation included an Ajax video doorbell, 5MP CCTV cameras covering the front and rear of the house and the garage, plus an 8MP camera to obtain the best security recording images in an area we were most concerned with. A wireless link connects the house and garage, allowing everything to work together seamlessly.

Mark also installed an Ajax Superior alarm system, including glass break sensors, door contacts and motion sensors throughout the house and garage. There are no cables or wires visible either internally or externally. The whole system is controlled simply through our phones, or with other easily accessible options installed at the time.

Mark took the time to explain everything and patiently show us how to use it, along with explaining future options that were available to add to home security should we ever wish to do so.

The service was professional and friendly from start to finish, and the installation was completed to a really high standard, with everything left neat and tidy. As the wall was drylined, Mark used heavy duty COREFIX fixings designed for plasterboard walls, so the TV is properly secure and I have complete peace of mind.

Flagship AV installed and commissioned five Ajax FireProtect 2 AC detectors in our home, covering smoke, heat and carbon monoxide, all managed through the Ajax app. Mark also carried out the annual service on our Ajax alarm, CCTV and video doorbell, testing every part of the system, cleaning the cameras and checking recording and remote viewing. He added an Ajax SIM card as well, so the alarm stays connected if our broadband ever goes down. Professional, thorough and clear throughout, and we would happily use him again.

Flagship AV supplied a Sonos home cinema set for us, including an Arc Ultra soundbar, a Sub G4 subwoofer and two Era 100 speakers, all in black. Mark sourced the full set at a set price and had it delivered without any fuss. Communication was clear throughout and it was a really easy process from start to finish.

Flagship AV moved our TV from the spare room into the master bedroom, fitting a new flat to wall bracket and neatly concealing the power cable in white D Line trunking along with a new HDMI lead, so it all looks tidy and unobtrusive. Everything was tested and Mark ran through it with us to make sure we were happy before he left. Great service as always.

Our Hikvision CCTV cameras lost connection after a router replacement left the Wi-Fi extender offline. Flagship AV came out, diagnosed the issue and got the whole system reconnected and fully operational again. Quick, professional and reassuring to have it sorted properly.

We recently purchased a new house which to our surprise had a sound system already built in.
As we were coming to the end of a fair amount of renovation work going on, we were rather unsure as to how to reconnect everything up again.

Mark Workmanship was superb, he is a top class engineer in his profession. Mark had a bit of a problem with my cameras because suddenly they just stopped working, Mark never gave up and see the job in till the end. Came same day for tv emergency , wall mounted and set up new OLED TV and advised on how to get better reception via HDMI which is subsequently fitted through exterior wall into new socket so no wires on show. Super helpful, tidy and reasonably priced. Would definitely use Mark's services again.

Used Mark after the recent storm left our roof aerial dangerously dangling about the entrance to our house. He was excellent, removing the aerial safely and quickly.
