I’ve been putting off getting an old satellite dish removed for ages, thinking that it was too small a job for anyone to want.

But Mark was pleased to help, came within 48 hours of my making the request, was quick, tidy and thorough. For all it was a small job, I was treated as if I was spending £10,000 and was his most important customer.

Flagship AV brilliant, really knowledgeable and super helpful. We had an AV system i stalled across the house several years ago but it has never worked as intended and the original installer was unable to resolve.

Mark came along for an initial assessment & to quote to fet things working, whilst here hw managed to get the old system working better than it had been from the start (but still not as intended). He quoted to get things as intended and I was very happy with the price and had tge work done a few weeks later.

We now have a system that works as always intended and at a fraction of the cost oc yhe original work.

After sales service also brilliant, when we had a bit of a glitch (caused by user error), Mark was super quick to respond and we t out if his way to help me fix things.

I had a loose ariel bracket on my chimney so called AVFlagship they responded very quickly and arranged a date to visit.
They quoted me for the work on arrival which was very reasonable and completed the work the same day.
