Installation went very smoothly and efficiently. Annual maintenance contract is also efficiently carried out, engineer very informative and friendly.

Starting from the initial call to enquire about solar panels I found Energie Solutions to be very courteous, they completed a free survey of our property and were in no way pushy to secure a sale, we were given various options and the package we chose was not their cheapest option but the best to suit our needs, however this was still better than quotes received from other companies we had contacted.
We were given a schedule of work which was adhered to, work was completed to a high standard and our property was left clean and tidy, the system was fully explained to me and I was reassured I could contact them with any further questions or help if required.

Overall im very happy with the instal and aftercare provided and have recommended them to friends and family already.

Energie Solutions have been servicing most of the the nine Mitsuibishi Air Source Heat Pumps and Heat Meiser hot water and underfloor heating systems in our block annually since 2016.

The heating system in our flat has always worked superbly, reliably and cost effectively. However, in December 2021 our Mitsuibishi Heat Pump failed. Nigel from Energie Solutions used his strong relationship with Mitsuibishi to negotiate a replacement that Energie Solutions installed quickly and professionally. We now have an annual service contract with Energie Solutions and are seeking their advice on solar panel installation to mitigate rising energy costs.
