Business Information
Control Solutions was set up by Ben Ten years ago after serving as a manager for Rentakil and Inspector for Igrox pest management. Trained to Level Three in pest management and members of the RSPH, CIEH BPCA and Basis Prompt where ongoing training is carried out year on year.
Family run and covers all types of pests using all methods of control from pesticide free Themo steaming for insects like bedbugs, moths and fleas to modern pesticides.
Trapping for rats and other mammals as well as new and improved rodenticides with no secondary poisoning to ,Owls birds of prey and all other wildlife.
We use all new and old methods of pest control to bring a speedy solution to any issues you may have.
Also happy to answer any questions on any pest or pest treatment.

Ben went over and above to sort out a mouse problem for me. He was very thorough and baited/trapped the house. Additionally he made good areas where potentially the mouse had got in. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I called Ben on New Years Day. Despite the busy time of year he found time to get out to us the very next day. He took time to assess our problem, offer us reassurance and advice, and left us equipped to deal with the issue. The result, no more mice and a happy household. We can definitely recommend Control Solutions Pest Control.

We have used Ben for many years as a company and always appreciate his honest assessments and extensive knowledge of Pest control. He has dealt with rodent and insect problems for us and the whole process from contacting him to book in appointments whether they be at short notice over the phone or by email are always simple and straightforward. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him whether it is making repeat visits to put Landlords or tenants minds at rest or attending a call at short notice. His pricing is always reasonable even when multiple visits are required. If you have a Pest Control problem then Control Solutions Pest Control are definitely the company to go to.

Fabulous service on the occasions I have called Ben out - including today! His knowledge and help is beyond compare and always first class. I came across Control Solutions by chance several years ago for an initial query regarding potential pests in my garden and so glad I made contact. Since then Ben has helped me with great success with other pest issues, investigations and ultimately removal, including regular annual treatment for ants. He is keen to help alleviate any distress or concerns which is much appreciated when it comes to the discovery of pests. This includes a speedy response and investigation. I highly recommend their services to all friends and family.
