I was very impressed by the efficient and prompt arrival of Wayne. My paving has never looked so good and it is now free of slippery material, quite important for me. Not only did Wayne move all my garden furniture back in place but he also cleaned it. I shall recommend him to my friends. First class job and no time wasted!

Patio cleaning - excellent work and with care for plants.

Wayne was highly recommended by a friend. We had had other traders who did a very poor job of cleaning our front and back patio slabs.
In August 2023 Wayne called to arrange a time to visit, came when he had agreed to and priced the work. He showed us a very professional folder containing recent local photographs and certificates he had gained in his work.
He arrived promptly on the day we agreed the work should be done.
He was methodical and conscientious. The quality of his work was extremely good. We had to leave the house once he had started and came home to patios that looked newly laid. He had cleaned the walls and French windows, removed plant containers that we had forgotten and left the garden looking wonderful.
Neighbours have admired our ‘new’ front garden and we have passed Wayne’s details on to them.
I have never written a review before but Wayne’s work was exceptional and he deserves to be widely used.

We have worked for a number of years with Cleanza, having tried a number of their competitors in the past for regular cleaning services. The reason for the prolonged success is Wayne's ability and willingness to adapt as we (and the tasks) have changed in what is often a challenging environment. Combined with their reliability make their offer hard to resist.

Their pressure-washing services are excellent, with the relatively new roof/tile cleaning service being completely transformative - more people need to do this for their homes!

Wayne is a perfectionist and also very kind and professional. He has cleaned and treated my brick drive, my Father's and many of my gardening clients. If you are thinking of getting a new patio, first have it cleaned and treated by Wayne. It will look like new.

Amazing job cleaning and appointing the driveway. Came on time both days, even brought a generator to provide the needed electricity to all the equipment and took pride on the finishing. Very highly recommended.
