I have had my boiler serviced for several years now by CJPH and have always found their staff very polite, their engineers arrive when they say they will and are respectful of me and my property.
For me, the ultimate test of a good trader is 'would I use them again?' and the answer from me for CJPH is a resounding yes.

Customer service staff were very helpful, and managed to book a quick appointment.
Engineer was prompt, polite, friendly professional and provided detailed explanation of work done, cause of fault etc when I asked.

So glad we found CJ Plumbing to service our oil boiler. A reliable service and a thorough job done by engineer Oliver. He's made the two previous companies we've had look very inefficient.

After two separate insurance plumbers Oliver of Cj 's came and knew what the problem was knew immediately the solutions , ordered the parts and resolved within a week . Brilliant . Would definitely use again .

I had an engineer service the boiler and I also took opportunity to fit a new radiator which needed some pipes altering beneath the floor boards and fitting pipe sleeves. All done to a professional and tidy standard. Very happy and I'll be using again next year. Thanks

I had no heating or hot water during the coldest month (Decemeber). I got in touch with CJ Plumbing and Heating and they sent out an Engineer to diagnose and repair within a couple days. Vry happy with their services provided.

Annual Gas Boiler Service completed by CJ Plumbing & Heating in 2021, 2022 and 2023 - always professional, clean and tidy and office staff are friendly and nice to deal with when booking - they call up when it's due for renewal. Will definitely use again for 2024 servicing and any other plumbing/heating bits if required.
