Malfunctioning TV satellite dish was replaced with updated version (on a single storey roof).
The work was carried out efficiently and rapidly - I was amazed at how quickly it was accomplished - by a very pleasant chap.

Spoke to Chris on the phone about a connection issue between my tv and sound bar that had stumped me all weekend. He had the solution immediately, and didn’t make me feel foolish about the solution! A very friendly service in every way.

Fear not if, like me, you don't know too much about TV's and how to connect them. Bayfield's and the team there are understanding and offer great assistance and ensure that when you go and buy a TV, as I did you can ask all the right questions!

Required some advice on connecting a TV to an antenna. An alternative was suggested over the phone, along with how to connect the alternative. Worked brilliantly saving me time and money. Big thumbs-up.

I can not recommend Chris and his team highly enough, our CCTV installation works perfectly, the advice, product recommendation and installation itself was spot on and professional. The aftercare has also been prompt and all questions answered fully and clearly. The whole subject of CCTV and the digital world is completely over my head but Chris was kind and clear in explaining. I would recommend to anyone considering this company's services.

We phoned at 9.30am to upgrade our satellite dish and the work was completed by 10.15am! We do live nearby but this is fantastic service, which we have always had for a number of years from Bayfields Digital

Bayfields have installed external wifi and also moved the base station for us a couple of years later. Initial install was cost effective, timely and works better than our suppliers router! When we needed it moved it was on the morning of torrential rain and bang on time they arrived and an hour later with several soggy trips up the ladder job done!

Very prompt repair to satellite dish after a thunderstorm,, which included changing a part and ensuring the TV was set up correctly. Very easy for me to contact as my hearing is poor and I prefer e mail.

Aside from being occasionally slow returning initial ‘phone calls (generally because they’ve been busy), I found them very good all round. I’ve been very happy with them over the years since I moved to Suffolk.
