We are one of the longest established TV Aerial and Satellite reception specialists in Suffolk, trading from the Woodbridge area since 1976! We provide a wide range of expert services relating to TV reception, internet, home and business security and more!

When we bought our TV, Chris matched the John Lewis sale price, with free installation. We've had a couple of hiccoughs since (due entirely to our own incompetence) which Chris immediately fixed without charge. And today he replied to our 'panic email' straightaway, and Phil arrived within a couple of hours.
Excellent service and very quick. Phil, the techie, went far and beyond what we expected, very skilful, tidy, and a joy to have in our home. Explained everything carefully to us old fogies. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed with your service from booking to execution.
I used the webchat one day last week to see if someone could sort out an aerial problem at my mother’s house. I had an immediate response and a visit was confirmed for the next day.
A gentleman called Phil did the work at my mother’s house in Woodbridge and couldn’t have been more pleasant and efficient in sorting out the aerial.
It is rare these days to find someone who can sort out your problem within 24 hours from enquiry and do so with such efficiency, friendliness and professionalism, and at a fair price. Bayfields obviously run a great business.

I look after my husband who is now bedbound and I am very wary of having people in the house but our new television suddenly stopped working and I did not know why.
I telephoned the people we purchased it from and there were not very helpful because they were not doing aerials for TVs anymore. Somebody suggested that I contact Bayfields, which I did, and I am so pleased because the gentleman I spoke to understood my urgency (my husband has the TV on a lot now) and they got an engineer to come and inspect it the same day.
The young man was efficient and thorough and he could have told me that I needed a new aerial but he did not. He was honest and replaced the booster. He also reset and retuned on the new TV and it has never been better.
I am pleased now that I have Bayfields' number and I would recommend them to anyone. It was very reasonable in price too. Had I known I would have purchased our TV from them instead of using a big known company who are not interested in small problems.

Malfunctioning TV satellite dish was replaced with updated version (on a single storey roof).
The work was carried out efficiently and rapidly - I was amazed at how quickly it was accomplished - by a very pleasant chap.

Spoke to Chris on the phone about a connection issue between my tv and sound bar that had stumped me all weekend. He had the solution immediately, and didn’t make me feel foolish about the solution! A very friendly service in every way.

Fear not if, like me, you don't know too much about TV's and how to connect them. Bayfield's and the team there are understanding and offer great assistance and ensure that when you go and buy a TV, as I did you can ask all the right questions!

I can not recommend Chris and his team highly enough, our CCTV installation works perfectly, the advice, product recommendation and installation itself was spot on and professional. The aftercare has also been prompt and all questions answered fully and clearly. The whole subject of CCTV and the digital world is completely over my head but Chris was kind and clear in explaining. I would recommend to anyone considering this company's services.

We phoned at 9.30am to upgrade our satellite dish and the work was completed by 10.15am! We do live nearby but this is fantastic service, which we have always had for a number of years from Bayfields Digital

Bayfields have installed external wifi and also moved the base station for us a couple of years later. Initial install was cost effective, timely and works better than our suppliers router! When we needed it moved it was on the morning of torrential rain and bang on time they arrived and an hour later with several soggy trips up the ladder job done!

Very prompt repair to satellite dish after a thunderstorm,, which included changing a part and ensuring the TV was set up correctly. Very easy for me to contact as my hearing is poor and I prefer e mail.

Aside from being occasionally slow returning initial ‘phone calls (generally because they’ve been busy), I found them very good all round. I’ve been very happy with them over the years since I moved to Suffolk.
