A1 are great - I’ve used many times over the last few years.
They’ve helped me clear my garage, garden and remove items of furniture, carpets etc. from the house.
For me it’s an easy and labour saving way to clear stuff quickly without endless trips to the dump - and much more preferable (and cheaper) than loading a skip on the driveway.
They are professional, reliable and value for money.
I’ve also recommended them to friends.
They’ve helped me clear my garage, garden and remove items of furniture, carpets etc. from the house.

Clearing a pile of rubbish and old tiles after a bathroom renovation. A1 was recommended to us by the plumber otherwise we would have gone for skip which would have been a lot more work. It was very easy for us and even though we caused a problem with the pick up it wasn't an issue. A great service.

Came when they said they would to collect an old broken ironing board & coffee table today, would highly recommend them to anybody else that needs old stuff taken away & reasonablely priced too

This is the third time I have used A1Clearance and recycling, they have always been quick to respond and keep me updated on date and time of appointments. The team are always very friendly, professional and helpful and have always delivered in what was requested. I definitely will always be using them to clear all my rubbish and larger items such as furniture, and can highly recommend them

The work was to totally clear a large bungalow plus shed and garage.
The company were very easy to deal with and easy to communicate with. They turned up on time and were mindful of negotiating with the neighbour to unlock the door. Everything totally cleared as arranged. Excellent.

I have used A1 clearance a couple of times now, I was previously quoted around £50 to remove a kingsize headboard/footboard and the metal sides, A1 Clearance quoted me a fraction of the price and collected within a few days. Great service, very competitive prices, is clearly not interested in ripping hard working people off!! Highly recommend 👌

The workers arrived on time and they were pleasant and polite. The work was carried out quickly and care was taken when moving the old furniture out of my house. I'd recommended A1 thoroughly. The price of this service was very reasonable too.

We had a recent bereavement in the family and had to arrange clearance of the house and garden, it was a big job. We contacted A1 Clearance and had a quick response back. I met Ian at the property the next day to have a look round and supply a quote. The figure was around what I expected so gave the job to them. The clearance was arranged within a week and Ian and his team worked incredibly hard, I was asked to come and have a look at the job once completed to check I was happy with everything that had been done. All responses to questions were very quick and nothing was too much trouble. They did a fantastic job, all communications and the team were very polite and extremely helpful. I can definitely recommend Ian and his team and would happily use them again.

Fantastic local company. Used them to collect and dispose of my old sofa, great staff and good value for money. Also Ian went above & beyond when the postman thought it was a good idea to place a parcel inside our recycling bin just before it was emptied by A1. He managed to find the parcel at their depot and personally delivered it. What a superstar, I would not use any other company.
