The team at A R Smart Systems made this whole process seamless and stress free from the outset. Following a comprehensive survey of the property and the areas of particular interest to us for coverage we were given time to discuss and understand the technologies and processes with Al. His approach to translate these complex and technical systems into lay terms was essential for us to make an informed decision going forward.

After receiving a detailed schedule of works and a quote to instal the system, we agreed the start date.

A R Systems arrived on time on the day of installation and after a conversation about the process, they were underway.

I have to praise the diligence, courtesy and professionalism of A R Systems whilst working in our property, on a personal level, Al was nothing but warm, friendly and polite throughout the installation process and his dedication to his chosen career is nothing short of remarkable. His work ethic is admirable, taking great care with the challenges an Elizabethan property creates.

Once the installation was complete, we were given a tutorial of how to use the system in great detail - Even I could get to grips with this!
A R Systems then left our property and apart from the now present, perfectly positioned and sensitively fitted cameras there were no signs of anyone having undertaken this complex installation, both the interior and exterior of our property had been treated with the upmost respect.

The system is astonishingly crisp and comprehensive with both picture and audio capture. The functionality is more than we could have hoped for and the access from mobile devices makes this so simple to use.

I have had two separate CCTV security systems installed, both requiring the installation of 4G antennas, routers and discreet wiring.
