I used Tank Replacement Services and found them prompt, friendly and very efficient. When they arrived the job was bigger than planned but they just put in place different plans and carried on regardless.

One of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with, unfortunately the 2 men had to make 2 visits owing to adverse weather conditions (very heavy rain), which they were prepared to work in, but due to the requirement of a new tank base the job had to be temporarily abandoned as the site became waterlogged, they kindly connected the new tank on a temporary basis, so we still had hot water & heating & completed the task after a few days when the ground had dried out sufficiently.

I was more than satisfied with the service of TRS. Tank was installed day after initial visit. Installers were very polite and have done an excellent, neat job. I am so pleased - worthy of recommendation.

From the original site Inspection to the finished Installation every aspect was totally professional.
We received a complete schedule of works after the site Inspection, including fence removal to gain access ,new base construction, the supply of new tank, transfer of oil & testing all on completion.
The work was carried out exactly to the standard of the schedule of works & everything was left clean & tidy.
I will definitely be be recommending TRS to my friends & neighbours as they were totally reliable & very professional.

We already use TRS as our oil boiler servicer so to ask them to supply a new tank was a simple decision. They are excellent at servicing. They certainly are not the cheapest but they are professional, thorough and clearly customer focused so to us the best value.
