TFR carried out a single story side extension, garage conversion, bathroom refit and kitchen installation in our property and we were very happy with all of their work. They were punctual, tidy and the work is to a high standard. We will use them again and would highly recommend.

We commissioned TFR Property Improvements Ltd for a single story extension along the rear of our house. Ed and his team were great from beginning to end keeping disruption to a minimum. The work was planned out from start to finish so we knew what was happening when but like most building projects there were issues along the way either with suppliers or materials. This was never a problem and these where managed and worked through professionally involving me at each stage to ensure I was happy with the resolution. I would 100% recommend TFR Property Improvements Ltd for any building project and would use them again if required.

Build a 2 story extension and extend my existing extension, which incorporates a utility room, cloakroom and kitchen/lounge area, upstairs a bedroom en-suite and walk in closet and a new hallway. Ed and his team of employees were a pleasure to have complete my extension. Everything was explained to me both before and during the work being carried out.

Ed was continually keeping me informed of progress, which we found very helpful, along with checking if we were happy with the work being carried out, along with who would be attending and when, that''s the builders, carpenters, plumbers electricians etc. along with any specialist people who would be needed to complete the extension. These people included the scaffold erectors and the roofers to name but two.

I had a couple of alterations to the original plan, each time Ed provided me with a price for the extra work and explained how and when he would complete it.

Throughout the work Ed''s team were helpful and friendly, that''s Glen and Cody the bricklayers plus George and Dillon, they were always polite and courteous, I was impressed how clean and tidy they kept the working area, and what protection they used to prevent the dust coming into the rest of the house when working.

This courtesy also extended to my neighbors, as Ed made sure they had access to their drive at all times, drains were altered and the garage finished off to a high specification, along with keeping the outside area clean and tidy with nothing overhanging into there property.

Overall I would have no problem with speaking to anyone if they wanted to confirm what I have written or coming round to view it themselves, its a shame I can''t include some pictures in this review, and I can only highly recommend Ed and his team of workers.

Over garage, two bedroom extension. Overall we were very pleased with work which was completed by TFR Property Improvements Ltd and their team of trade persons, many of which went above and beyond to help us. The work from start to finish was all very organised. They kept to the original time scale for the most part, explaining any small delays or unforeseen occurrences. They were very accommodating to any small changes we wished to make along the way. Communication was good and they were all pleasant and courteous.

Recently had TFR complete a large project for myself, from the quoting stage through to completion the whole process was pain free and seamless
Ed project managed the whole job making sure the plumbers, electricians, plasterers and carpenters etc were organised and work was completed to a set time scale.
All the work was completed to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend TFR to anyone.

I am really pleased I chose TFR for a tricky house extension including roof works, new shower room and kitchen. Communication was excellent and they were punctual and organised from day one. The team were polite, friendly and trustworthy. I would, and have, recommended them to friends and colleagues.

Single story extension, creating an open-plan kitchen diner. The extension has a contemporary design with larch cladding and a black metal roof. Stone patio to the rear. Communication from TFR Property Improvements has been excellent throughout. From the tendering process through to completion I have felt very well informed and Ed has always responded quickly to any emails. The team were all very friendly, considerate and approachable. I was always kept up to date as to who was coming to site. Considering that this work was all done with a background of Covid and shortages of building materials, the team were all very thoughtful and every effort was made to ensure that materials were sourced, within budget, and alternatives agreed with myself,the architect and structural surveyor.

We are very pleased with the finished result. The quality of the work is really good and we are getting great feedback from everyone who has seen it.

Garage conversion to a work room /bedroom plus storage room From start to finish we had a great job done. The guys were all brilliant and polite and friendly. We were kept informed all along the way and they managed to sort out supply issues along the way. We were told from the start that due to current Covid and supply shortages it would take longer than normal and Ed''s time scale was pretty close to the time it actually took. Very pleased with the finished job.

Every part of the work was finished in an immaculate way, all staff were highly profesional I would willing provide a reference for this company and I will use them in future Everything was first class and well above the normal standard.

Internal wall was removed, new RSJ fitted, mew partition plasterboard wall constructed, three new door ways fitted, two ne storage cupboards created and all areas made good. TFR Property Improvements Ltd were very professional and courteous throughout the transaction. I was kept informed all the way along of plans to be on site the order of work and when they happened, any delays due to supply chain problems. All trades that were on site were polite and friendly and the work was completed to a high standard. It was a messy job, but the team kept the area as clear and tidy as it was possible to do. When the work was completed the space was left very clean.

Single storey extension. ED and his team were very professional. They always kept us informed regarding back stage or the works. They were very easy to deal with and would certainly recommend them.

Install scaffolding clear out and Re point furniture Removal and Re-building and replacement of 2 doubts doors in wood.
New 4 section glass panes with access for barnowl. Removal of old windows.
Removal of old cornigated cladding and frame work. Replacement of black steel cladding. Fixing guttering around entire barn will new guttering and brackets.
Building and replacing further window. The workers were capable and knowledgable about old buildings. The man who did the pointing was extremely skilled. "Great Glen" we named him.
The original work start-up was delayed and then stopped mid way because they couldn't access the corrugated sheeting. The workers then had to go to other jobs. This was explained and agreed! On return they removed the 2 sets of double doors but then left without covering up the open area. I shifted corrugated sheeting to cover it so that no one could see into the barn and the interior had some protection from weather. I reported the oversight and it didn't happen again.They were all friendly and helpful, knew what they were doing and understood about historial building methods and importance of both

* Build and fit two large sets of cupboards
* Fit modern lighting. Very pleased with both the build and results. Great team, pleasure to have around, did what they said and got on with it with minimum of fuss or mess. Would definitely use them again.

Kitchen internal extension, move electrics plumbing. Install large stained glass window. Ed and his team arrived punctually and worked professionally any problems which came up were successfully overcome with fuss. Overall highly recommended, would use again.

Garage conversion. Very personable team, well lead by Ed who kept works moving smoothly. Responded quickly and well to issues where they arose. Ed was always willing to go the extra mile.

-Installation of new units etc, to include tiles. Very pleased indeed. Great communication soon before and during the work. High quality finish, reliable. Would have no hesitation recommending.

Loft conversion & extension of kitchen. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble 100% reliable & trustworthy.

TFR fitted my new kitchen. TFR were very informative and gave a good, competitive price. The standard of work was brilliant. When a pipe burst, TFR came out at no extra cost and managed to resolve this issue quickly and effectively. I am very happy with my kitchen and would definitely recommend.

Knock down existing conservatory full width of house single storey extension with sloping roof and velux’s. Knock through from existing kitchen. New kitchen installed. T F R Property improvements were extremely professional in our dealings with them. All work was carried out to a very high standard and we are thrilled with our new extension. Mess and distruption was kept to an absolute minimum and communication was good, all the way through the build. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T F R to anybody looking to improve their home.
