Keeping my home clean. Regular cleaning once a fortnight for about three+ years now and they have never let me down. They are a very pleasant couple and I trust them to let themselves in if I am going to be out.

1 hr office cleaning once a month, 2 cleaners. Prompt, friendly service always with a laugh and smile as best as we can see whilst wearing a mask!

To come in to a large barn that had been decorated from top to bottom. All rooms 7 and 3 bathrooms. Repps cleaning made an amazing job. Everything was spotless. Even the plugs had been cleaned. Perfect, couldn't have asked for more. Denise and Paul could not have been more trustworthy. We will be asking them to come back quarterly.

2 hrs fortnightly 2 persons. Devise and Paul have cleaned our house for nearly 2 years. We have no complaints whats ever.They are always prompt, very friendly and leave the house just as we wish. They never complain when then kids are running riot and happily work around as when necessary. Extremely happy.

Twice monthly cleaning of lower storey of house, including kitchen & bathrooms.

Clean house following removal. Paul and Denise visited my home and discussed my requirements to clean the house through following our house more and provided an estimated price. On the day, they arrived at the agreed time and set to work. I left them working and later my neighbour set the alarm and locked the house up and continued that the house was in excellent order. Denise emailed me the invoice which was as per the estimate. I subsequently had a phone call from the new owner who thanked me for leaving the house in such a clean condition. Cleaning private house £20 per hour. A professional and efficient service.

They change £18 per hour for both of them to clear the house-two hours a fortnight. They are a very nice couple and very trustworthy. However, the dusting is not very good. They dust around things rather than moving them, leaving buildups of dust underneath the stereo, which is a small item that could be moved. They regularly miss dusting mantelpieces and the bottoms of chairs and leave cobwebs hanging from windows and curtains! I pay them to 2 hours cleaning, but they see the time spent loading and unloading their equipment as being done in that time and have commented that another customer mentioned that to them and they don't agree. So I am not comfortable raising any issues with them, as it will cause bad feeling.
