Rupert and his team landscaped our garden, plus built a patio, and also made a tiled area where we can store bins.
The men were all nice and friendly and were willing to offer advice and information as needed.
The garden looks great -- now we just need to keep it that way!

Plantscape conducted a range of tree work from felling a large Douglas Fir to pruning a number of TPO'd trees. They were on site for 3 days and delivered a thoroughly professional service which included taking into consideration the safeguarding requirements of the neighbouring school. The team was skilled knowledgeable and flexible in their approach. I would most strongly recommend them.

We had 2 trees taken down by Rupert and his team. One was extremely large but they had all the right tools and knew how to use them. The work took longer than expected but they continued until it was done and tidied up as well. I would highly recommend them. I have used them before and the work is always to a high standard.

Chipping a large volume of hedge trimmings. The work was undertaken efficiently and carefully, leaving the area tidy, and under awful weather conditions! The staff were friendly, introduced themselves and worked hard throughout to get the job done.

My sister recommended this company and I was not disappointed. The team completed a number of tree removal and hedge/shrub reduction work. In additional they did some general garden tidying up. All the work was agreed in detail and checked on the day. The team were extremely efficient and tidy, as well as being very comfortable to be around, which is important when living alone. I found it better to go with a well established professional company rather than a smaller independent as I have been let down many times with others but this work was completed like clockwork. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

A tree fell down and was resting on our telephone and electricity lines. Rupert came out straight away to assess the tree and give me a quote and date for the work . I have a beautiful but very overgrown Oak tree with a preservation order on in my garden. Plantscape Tree services processed all the paperwork required to obtain planning permission to pollard the tree.
This work was carried out by the team once we received consent from the council.

A difficult tree reduction in rear garden, logging of timber, and chipping and removal of branch wood. A job very well done. Removal of silver birch and grinding of stumps. Everyone I have dealt with, from the initial phone call to the workers on site, were extremely polite, helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. Definitely recommend.

We had a small conifer, about 5 metres high, growing in the garden, beginning to push over a low brick wall We contacted Plantscape, Rupert came round very promptly and gave us an estimate for removal of the tree.

The work was carried out the following week - after the tree was cut down to stump level, we decided that the stump also needed to be removed, the two men were happy to dig it out straight away.

Afterwards, all the garden and the road outside were swept up and the whole site was left in a clean and tidy condition.

Removal of wisteria from 3 faces of end-terrace house. Approachable and very flexible regards scheduling. We had to work around nesting birds and the availability of neighbouring gardens. Several delays and date changes were accommodated by Plantscape.

Removal of substantial part of fallen holm oak, the work requiring a crane to hoist timber over an historically listed garden wall. The removal of the holm oak was not a straightforward project. The fallen part was huge and weighty and needed to be hoisted over a 200 year old brick wall. The project''s difficulty was compounded by the necessary crane and lifting equipment having to be sited on a public road and footpath. The process was discussed in detail, scheduled for minimal public access disruption and all necessary permissions obtained in good time from the relevant authorities. The works were carried out and completed safely and on schedule in a most efficient, competent and professional manner. All necessary equipment and machinery was supplied and operated professionally. The site was cleared impeccably. The team were experienced, courteous and hardworking.

Multiple trees shaped and pruned, hedges cut back The team at Plantscape were professional from start to finish. Rupert gave good advice on how to care for the various trees and applied for the permissions required. The team onsite were timely and efficient and the work was completed within the time allocated with excellent clean up done at every stage. I intend to use Plantscape annually to help look after our garden and wouldn''t hesitate to recommend them and their work.

Three trees to be removed, because of space constraints the trees had to be section felled. The work was carried out in a very professional manner with the trees removed with the minimum disturbance to the neighbors

Two days hard graft reducing the height of a long and very overgrown laurel hedge, trimming both sides from different gardens, taking away all cuttings. Plantscape have been professional, courteous and effective from first inspection and pricing through to carrying out the work, removing all cuttings and leaving the garden clean and tidy.

The team arrived on time and completed the hedge cutting in the time estimate even though they encountered lots of brambles that made the job very unpleasant in places. They worked well together, were friendly and informative.

Trimming several trees and a hedge in a suburban garden. Clearance of all cut material. By no means the cheapest quote but their work more than made up for that. Very well equipped, pleasant and professional to deal with and excellent in clearing up.

Reduction in the overall dimensions of an established maple tree at the edge of our boundary with two other gardens. This was a difficult task involving operation from neighbouring gardens where access had to be negotiated and obstructions such as outhouses and HF antennas had to be avoided. The tree is at the bottom of our garden and requires a considerable distance for haul-out of the cuttings to their chipping machine.

The work was carried out efficiently and effectively, taking accounts of times when I requested that they not run the chipper on account of noise while I was on Zoom meetings. They tidied up our garden as well as the adjacent properties where they had to operate, so that in the end (except for the reduction in the tree) one would not know that they had been there.

Hedge trimming and tree removal (including stump grinding). Rupert came out to assess our much-loved silver birch tree and advised that, despite our best efforts, it would eventually fail so we decided to remove it..

Extensive tree felling and clearance on both wooded and clear terrain on wet and dry ground. In my experience over the last five years this firm is the best i have used for tree felli9ng and removal and landscape clearance. They are first class at costing all jobs and agreeing variances where necessary.

Their equipment is always clean and well presented. They are very aware of the risks associated with this work. They are well equiped with both the correct knowledge and equipment as a result.

The work was lopping 1m off a lengthy 3m tall laurel hedge, and pruning 4 decorative pear trees. The whole process - from providing a quotation to clearing up the clippings was undetaken swiftly and efficiently. Adam and Tom, who did the work, were thoroughly professional, courteous and polite. When they had finished, there was no trace that they had been, save for expert lopping and pruning.

They were so efficient that the work was done quicker than expected. In less than 24 hours an invoice was sent with a price considerably below the quotation because of the shorter time spent on the work. This was without me having have to ask.

Root removal of an established flowering current and to coppice another. Trimming and shaping the crown of a twenty year old Himalayan birch. After initially receiving a delivery of seasoned logs in a standard, well packed and deposited bag, we then discussed some further possible work on some overgrown shrubs and trees. The company then took the time to offer their professional opinion as to what needed to be done sooner and advised as to what should be done in the future.
We received a quote via email the next day and after confirmation of a date, the work was carried out to the exact specification as per the quote. I received the invoice very soon after completion of the work and was informed of the choice of payment options on the invoice.

Reducing our beech hedge; shaping a cherry tree and an oak tree. Excellent standard of work and the place was immaculate when they left(if not better than before!).

The team are clearly passionate about the work they do and about achieving an aesthetically pleasing result. They may not be the cheapest firm out there, but you get what you pay for and it really does pay to invest in people who are committed to achieving your goals rather than a mediocre one.
