Hard to pull and recoil very strong.
* Stop/Start on stair a bit stiff.

To install stairlift We were extremely pleased with all the work carried out from the time the surveyor (Mick) came into the house until the installation by Kieron and Richard everything ran smoothly. All the people were courteous and explained everything that was going to happen. Very very pleased with everything so much easier to get upstairs.

Stair lift fitted We are very pleased with our stair lift. It has made my husbands life much easier. He has great difficulty in walking, I'm pleased to say it's made my life easier and taken away the fear of him falling. He finds the seat very comfortable and the controls easy to work. The workmen very very good, and completed the job on time. Our cottage is very old, but they had no problems.

Electrician - an extra power point was installed for the stairlift, I thought he was due to arrive at 8 - it was just past 8.30 work ok - Toilet seat broken but credit note issued after an exchange of emails.

Barry - installed the stairlift. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you - the stairlift was installed successfully and has saved me worrying about whether I need to move to a bungalow (at least for the moment) due to some arthritis and recurring tendonitis problems.
I would recommend the company to other people.
