My partner and I hired Keith from J I High builders to knock down a internal structural wall, install a steel lintel, brick up a back door, relocate and install new external back door, erect stud wall, tile and plaster kitchen and install a new an open plan kitchen diner purchased from Wren.
From the point of contacting Keith for a quote to completion of works, the service has been great.
Keith is an experienced builder who is a nice person, extremely hard working, is an perfectionist, has a good attention to detail, is always punctual, works when he says he will, goes the extra mile and is keen to offer and deliver the best possible results and service.

Enlarge opening to trace water leak.
Remove section of flooring to break up floor to trace leak.
Repair the copper leak pipes that was leaking. Reinstate floor, walls, replaster wallsr fit new skirting board. Excellent first-class work and highly satisfied

Kitchen
Created new doorway and closed, blocked up existing door into the kitchen. Stripped out old kitchen, replaced with new kitchen. Two new radiators fitted, one with window seat above. We now have a beautiful kitchen! Keith was professional and considerate at all stages of the work. He goes the extra mile and really cares about what the customer wants to achieve.

Utility Room
Strip out old units, reconfigured the plumbing as store cupboard became a laundry room. Wood panelling on walls, new floor, new units fitted, new oak worktop and new radiator fitted. We now have a lovely, smart utility room and laundry room.
Keith's work is very professional, to a very high standard.
Very neat, very tidy and worked very hard to achieve what we wanted.
