There were three elements to the work : checking over a very slow desktop pc; installing a new pc, including the downloading of existing antivirus and malware and office programmes; and later connecting up a printer via cable (my preference)

Checked anti virus software, installed wi-fi signal booster equipment,sorted various hardware and software problems. Rapid response to our enquiry, turned up when they said they would, everything back in full working order by the time they left, and still working now, all at what I consider to be very reasonable cost.

I called Calica as my HP laptop developed a very odd screen and I was unable to open up my emails or NHS work shifts. It was very odd! I phoned Calica about 9.30am and a call was passed to him and he arrived at about 12.00pm and left about 1.30-1.45, having rectified the situation by taking the computer back some days and also installing some updates for me. It took a while as the front screen seemed to have changed dramatically without me having done anything different! I was very pleased with the service. I have used Calica before and he is always on time, polite and knowledgable. Comments as above. I have used them before and I know the approximate costs, depending on the time involved.
