Full en-suite transformation including Shower, WC and Basin, tiling and flooring. We contacted Lee to quote for both our en-suite and bathroom refurbishments having seen the excellent results of his previous work on Facebook. Lee turned up when he said he would and helped to decide what would work and what wouldn''t and the quote was received a few days later. The work began on the agreed date and finished on time. The en-suite threw up many challenges which both Lee and James resolved in a professional manner. From start to finish they were courteous and friendly and on some days were left in the property on their own. They even looked after our dog and let him out when he needed it (I guess partly because he disgraced himself on Lee''s leg one morning!!). We are both elated with the results, it looks too good to use. We now can''t wait to have Lee and James back in March to work their wonders on our bathroom. Thank you again Al & Jax

Bunting Ltd refurbished a two-bedroom two-storey flat which had received little or no updating since being built in the early 1970s. The work started with completely stripping out the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, floor coverings, central heating radiators, pipework and boiler and all the old woodchip wallpaper.

From there, the electrical system was extended with new sockets; all the old sockets, light pendants and light switches were also renewed, and a new consumer unit ( fuse board ) fitted. The central heating system was completely replaced with a new boiler, radiators and pipework; the pipework was concealed behind new skirting boards.

The bathroom received a new suite, with mixer shower, a new illuminated bathroom cabinet, new light fitting ( with the light switch moved out onto the landing ), walls and floor fully tiled, and where necessary, the pipework neatly boxed in and concealed. The separate toilet was similarly refurbished, with a new suite, new handbasin, floor tiles, pipework and water-meter boxed in, and replastering where required.

The kitchen-diner walls and artexed ceiling were replastered, and a new tile floor laid. New spotlight fittings were installed. The lounge walls were replastered after removal of the extensive woodchip wallpaper, and as with kitchen-diner, the artex ceiling was replastered smooth and flat. All the walls were left whitewashed and ready for redecoration – the stairwell, being inaccessible for me, was redecorated by Bunting Ltd.

Various additional carpentry tasks were carried out, including custom-built pipe trunking where pipes passed through cupboards, boiler flue boxed in with inspection doors fitted. All the skirting boards throughout the flat were replaced.

At the end of the work, the flat was left clean and tidy, with all the floors mopped. The required safety and test certificates for boiler and electrical work were also provided. Bunting Ltd was simply superb.

The work was carried out 60 miles from where I live, but I never had a moment''s stress or worry. From his initial prompt visit, right through the process to completion, Lee Bunting kept me updated with emailed pictures and progress reports. The quotes were clear, with materials and labour itemised, and these were amended as and when I asked for changes or additional work to be added. The project threw up some problems due to the nature of the flat''s construction, but Lee found solutions to all of them, and I ended up with more than I expected and hoped for.

If I ever need building work done again, Lee Bunting will be getting the first and only call. Even if you have to wait for them to become available, Bunting Ltd really is the only building firm you will ever need. I thoroughly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Convert old pantry room into new downstairs cloakroom: Plaster walls, repair and tile floor and walls, install toilet and sink including all pipework and waste pipes etc..... Lee was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Provided a clear quotation, and helpfully gave recommendations as to what would fit into such a small space. He answered our many queries quickly and professionally.

We really appreciated Lee''s honesty when he started work and made us aware of an underlying damp problem which needed rectifying before he could carry on, despite this meaning the loss of the weeks work. He was very patient and understanding with this issue, and flexible in fitting us into his schedule again. Once work was started there were a few unforseen pipework issues making the job harder than originally thought, but Lee kept us fully informed and efficiently worked them out.

Lee and his colleagues were all very tidy, reliable and efficient. They provided a very professional service, and we''re very happy with the results- will definitely use again for further home improvements.

Renovation of entrance hallway and cloakroom, including removing flooring, stripping wallpaper, hanging new radiators, plastering walls, laying new tiled flooring, and redecorating. When we first met Lee for a quotation, we knew he was someone we could work with, and trust within our home. Work was carried out on time, to schedule, and to a very high standard. Working on a period property created a few hurdles, as expected! but these were dealt with and fixed. Our home was left tidy each day and at the end of the 2 weeks all was cleared and cleaned. We plan to obtain quotes from Lee and his team again for our bathroom renovations. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fixing a leak in our newly fitted bathroom We had a new bathroom fitted by a friends'' friend which unfortunately had a small leak where the shower screen was fitted. Despite returning a few times the original fitter could not fix it. Lee visited us from Bunting Ltd and was relatively quick at diagnosing and then fixing the problem once he was here. He also refitted our bath screen for us. Only complaint is that he is clearly a popular guy and he had to fit our work around his current commitments, as such it took a few weeks. However it was worth the wait!

My elderly parents needed to have a new shower installed which was user friendly for my father whose mobility is becoming more limited. Lee Bunting could not have been more understanding, helpful and patient during the whole process. He listened to what was wanted and gave suggestions before and during the installation. During the fitting when adjustments became necessary to make it even more fit for purpose for my father, Lee took it all in his stride. My parents are delighted with the finished result. The work was carried out without fuss and with minimal disruption starting and finishing within the agreed timescale. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lee Bunting who has been a pleasure to deal with.

Bathroom was fully refitted, retiled, walls repaired and replastered from damage. New flooring, skirting boards and coving also fitted. My first impressions of Bunting Ltd were correct from start to finish.

During the work as I wasn''t living at the property, and I was regularly updated with the good and bad news to discuss options.

We needed some renovation work done on a bathroom to make it more modern and low maintenance plus updating another single WC.
Not knowing and tradesmen in the area, we thought the best place to start would be to go to a site where recommendations and references are given. We had a couple of companies round giving quotes but felt most comfortable with Lee at Buntings suggestions so went ahead with him. Communication was really good, kept us updated at all times and was really pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use Lee and the company again in the future when needed.

Removed old electric shower and installed new one that I had purchased myself Lee was friendly throughout and worked hard to find a way to complete the new shower installation when he encountered unexpected problems (fittings, cable length etc were not as expected). I can''t fault the service and would definitely use again.

replace with standard unit. Remove kitchen worktop and cut down and reassemble We had Bunting, re remodel our kitchen to install a dishwasher from what was a cupboard with no pluming or power.
Lee installed a new power socket using just 2 of our only spare tiles, which no other companies could do.

He also removed a built-in freezer and cut a worktop to make room for an American style Fridge/ Freezer.

Also, we had a new Utility room with new cupboards, floor, tiles and tumble dyer vent.

Lee also helped us find where to buy the stuff needed from.
We were very impressed with all the work; it was done to a high standard and we would recommend him.

Refit of an en-suite After months of trying to find a reliable plumber to carry out a refit of our en-suite, we found Lee on this website. We would highly recommend Lee as he’s brilliant at communicating (something that had frustrated us with other traders as to the lack of it), punctual, tidy and did a brilliant job of the refit.

We will certainly be using him again in the near future for another refit,

Complete bathroom refurbishment to include new installation of a thermostatic bar shower. In addition supply and replace 4 x radiators. Lee and Richard (his tiler/right hand man) arrived on time and set the mood for the week with his engaging smile and easy going “can do” affable nature and pet friendly too! Dust sheets etc were soon positioned and work commenced.

As with any project of this nature a few issues arose during the week but the emphasis was on the solution not the problem. Each was reviewed quickly and with consent, the project progressed.

Each night the work area, including landing/stairs and hallway had the dust sheets removed and hoover put to work! Work was well planned with absolute minimum time with water off. Lee stayed late one evening to assist in resolving a boiler leak that was unrelated to the project.

There was an issue with the bath front panel that we supplied, with it being “not fit for purpose” we really needed a be-spoke solution. This was the last task on the last day. With a smile Lee stayed on until he had come up with an innovative plan that we all discussed and agreed. Lee arranged to return on the Monday morning to make and fit the be-spoke panel. Surprise, Lee popped round Saturday morning with material samples for his proposed be-spoke panel, just to make sure that we were happy with his idea. As expected it all turned out perfect! The moral of the tale is, when deciding on who to award your contract to, ask yourself, do they have the skills and expertise to cope, not just with the known work but with hidden issues too, such as most of the plaster coming off the wall with the old tiles etc? Lee has all the skills, expertise and proven experience any project is likely to require.

As for value, well this is quite interesting and depends on your take on life I guess. Lee’s was actually the highest of three quotes, but he came highly recommended by a work colleague. Our logic was better to pay a little more and have the confidence and reduced stress levels. In the event, due to the unforeseen issues Lee was quite likely the cheapest, as he had the required skills and experience to address all the issues himself. Save yourselves a lot of hassle and get Lee to quote first and if within your budget accept it and save yourself the time and inconvenience of researching and contacting the other two customary tradesmen!

Oh, nearly forgot, the finished bathroom is perfect exceeding our high expectations and we have already booked Lee to renovate our cloakroom.

Installing new light fittings in living room. Lee came promptly at the time arranged, and carried out the work of installing new light fittings with efficiency and good humour, leaving no mess. I would be very happy to call him again when needed.

Replacement of Shower - Tray, enclosure and tiles. Lee was excellent to deal with from start to finish, he got back to you straight away, and came to have a look and gave us his best price.
We encountered problems with the stud wall that had started to rot away from the leak the previous owners of our house had failed to rectify. However Lee came up with solutions for the problems in a cost effective way. The finished shower is just as we had hoped it to be.

Removal of existing en-suite. Install new shower, toilet, vanity unit and radiator. Re-routing/amendment of some plumbing for radiator and shower. Install down lights and tile throughout. First contact with Bunting Ltd was met with a prompt response and initial visit. This promptness was maintained throughout the duration of the work.

Prior to the quote we were offered helpful suggestions and guidance as to what was possible and sensible in terms of using the available space, the best options for fixtures & fittings and achieving the look that we wanted.

Despite my bathroom having thrown up a number of challenges, the work was completed on time and I am very pleased with the final result.

It wasn''t the most straight-forward of jobs, thanks to a poorly designed new house, and a number of problems with the plan supplied by a well-known Swedish furniture company, but Lee resolved all the various obstacles whilst still managing to complete the build on time and under budget.

Change single socket to double and run another double socket to other side of the room and chase cables in the wall. Also fill with first plaster.
