Fault – no signal due to bad connection in wire outside which shorted the power supply. Remedy – repair of connection & fit new power supply. Due to a cancellation the work was carried out the day after our phone call. The engineer was polite, helpful and most competent. We would certainly recommend this firm to all our friends very pleased with this service.

We bought a new recorder and had a problem fixing it up, so we phoned these good people. They came out in the snow and the recorder was faulty, we got it exchanged and they came out again in the snow and programmed it in for us. We are 83 and 77 years old. Marvelous.

replacing burnt out TV amplifier and retuning TV. Called in an emergency, very elderly TV addict mum in residence for Christmas! Very competent young man arrived within 2 hours as he was working just up the road. A new amplifier was fitted very quickly. The TV was retuned and Mum was very happy.
