The men came round same day that I phoned.

Digital ready wide band aerial mast amp, power supply unit & digital signal checks. Prompt arrival considerate, friendly / cheerful. All stages of work explained very thorough – excellent.

Clean, tidy and neat job as well as explaining any – if – problems that might / would possible occur. John was extremely helpful.

Erect aerial and set up television. Started and finished on time with little disruption.

Mast, aerial & one extension. Punctual, polite, removed shoes on entering house explained what was needed and price before starting alterations, fast & efficient.

Amplifier & fitted in loft, extra socker put in. 2 engineers completed the work, they were friendly and competent at their work also helped me deal with a wasps nest in my loft, very happy with the work. would recommend them and also use the company again.

Broadland Aerials were exceptional in their workmanship they arrived well on time were polite worked to a high standard cost was explained when I phoned to order and when they arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I am very pleased with the work that was carried out.

Replacement of aerial. Left old aerial for customer to dispose of very professional staff with speed of service and standard better than expected.

Fit new aerial, booster, connect existing aerial internal connections in acre. Arrived when agreed. Carried required equipment so no further appointment required. Explained work in a manner that a lay person could understand. Guarantee on work for 2 yrs. Don''t except cheques, but carry a card machine in vehicle.
